Testing laboratories need to contact CSAS for the following reasons: 

  • Notify CSAS of an incorrect test result 
  • Query a Lab Link file confirmation 
  • Notify CSAS where a result letter is not required 
  • Query a Logged Test/CSLP  
  • Submit a general laboratory enquiry 
  • Send a query regarding an existing laboratory enquiry 

To contact CSAS and securely send Patient Identifiable Data, please complete the appropriate form.  Once you submit your form you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 working days for a response.
