Testing laboratories need to contact CSAS for the following reasons:
- Notify CSAS of an incorrect test result
- Query a Lab Link file confirmation
- Notify CSAS where a result letter is not required
- Query a paused participant
- Submit a general laboratory enquiry
- Send a query regarding an existing laboratory enquiry
To contact CSAS and securely send Patient Identifiable Data, please complete the appropriate form. Once you submit your form you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 working days for a response.
